1. Refund Eligibility Criteria
You are eligible for a refund on a purchased Universal SEO Credit pack if ALL of the following conditions are satisfied:
Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original transaction timestamp.
You have not consumed any paid credits from that specific purchase across any tool (including Domain Overview, Backlink Checker, Rank Tracker, Keyword Research, or Site Audits).
Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service or acceptable use policies.
The transaction was processed through our authorized payment processors: Razorpay (for INR transactions) or PayPal (for USD transactions).

When you initiate a live audit, the platform reserves the required credits on hold.
If the live search or crawl returns zero (0) valid records due to API data limits or a non-existent domain, the reserved credits are immediately and automatically refunded back to your balance in real time.
Zero-result audits incur zero financial loss to you. You do not need to contact support for zero-result credit adjustments.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We cannot approve refunds in the following circumstances:
More than 7 calendar days have elapsed since the transaction date.
Any credits from the purchased pack have been utilized to perform live SEO lookups, audits, exports, or domain tracking.
Dissatisfaction with organic data results (such as low domain rank, competitor backlink counts, or zero ranking keywords). Data is pulled directly from live global crawler indices and reflected transparently as it exists on the web.
Fluctuations or drops in your website's search engine rankings, Google algorithm updates, or third-party web indexing changes.
Accounts suspended or terminated due to automated scraping, API abuse, rate-limit bypassing, or malicious activity.
4. Payment Gateway Processing Fees
Payment processors (Razorpay and PayPal) levy a non-reimbursable merchant processing surcharge (approx. 2% to 3.5% + GST) on every transaction. Because these third-party fees are retained by the gateway upon transaction settlement, they cannot be recovered by us and will be deducted from your refund amount.
Illustrative Example: If you purchased a Starter pack for ₹499 and request an eligible refund within 7 days with zero credits spent, you will receive approximately ₹485 (after deducting the ~₹14 gateway processing fee).
5. How to Submit a Refund Request
To request a refund, follow these straightforward steps:

Disbursement: Once approved, the refund is initiated within 2 business days. The funds will reflect in your original payment source (bank account, credit card, UPI account, or PayPal wallet) within 5 to 10 banking days depending on your financial institution.
6. Refund Disbursement Method
In strict compliance with RBI, banking, and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, refunds are only and exclusively disbursed to the original payment source used during checkout. We cannot issue cash refunds, transfer funds to third-party bank accounts, or remit amounts to alternative UPI IDs or credit cards.
7. Duplicate or Failed Charges
