OffPageSEOHub is a comprehensive off-page search engine optimization (SEO) and backlink intelligence SaaS platform.
We provide real-time domain authority audits, live backlink verification, Google keyword rank tracking, competitor link gap analysis, technical site audits, and curated high-DA submission directories.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using our website, you represent that:
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- You are not barred from receiving services under applicable law.
- You will provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
3. Account Registration
To use most features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password,
or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in abusive behaviour.
4. The Service & Tool Capabilities
OffPageSEOHub provides automated and real-time search engine optimization (SEO) data intelligence tools, including:
- Domain Overview & Health Tracker: Real-time auditing of Domain Authority (DA/Rank), organic search traffic, referring domains, and top ranking queries with 30-day metrics caching.
- Live Backlink & Broken Link Audits: Inbound link profiling, anchor text distributions, dofollow/nofollow equity, toxic backlink penalty analysis, and 404 broken backlink reclamation.
- Rank Tracker & Keyword Research: Live Google keyword position tracking across 94 countries, keyword suggestions, accurate search volume, CPC, Keyword Difficulty (KD), and competitor ranking query reverse-engineering.
- Competitor Gap & Discovery: Direct digital competitor identification and side-by-side backlink gap analysis to find high-authority link opportunities your rivals possess.
- Technical & On-Page Auditing: On-page technical SEO audits, Core Web Vitals diagnostics, XML sitemap validation, HTTP redirect chain tracers, schema markup generators, and Google Maps Local 3-Pack rank tracking.
- Tracked SEO Projects: Dedicated project workspace allowing users to continuously monitor, track, and re-audit saved websites with historical snapshots.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to submit or use the Service to publish content that:
- Is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or violates any law in India or your jurisdiction.
- Contains malware, viruses, phishing links, or other harmful code.
- Infringes on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Promotes hate speech, violence, harassment, or discrimination.
- Attempts to scrape, reverse engineer, or perform automated brute-force attacks against our API infrastructure.
- Violates third-party service provider rate limits or system integrity policies.
We monitor platform usage for automated abuse and unauthorized exploitation. Repeated violations may
result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. Universal SEO Credits, Project Limits & Billing
- Universal SEO Credits: Users can purchase credit packs or paid plans to run live Domain Overview, Backlink checks, and Pro SEO audits.
- One-Time Credit Packs: Universal SEO Credits are purchased as pay-as-you-go credit packs (Starter, Growth, Agency, Scale). There are no recurring subscription fees, no automatic credit card debits, and no forced renewals.
- Credits Never Expire: Purchased credits remain in your account balance indefinitely without an expiration window or forfeiture.
- Transparent Rate Card: Credits are deducted per operation according to the published Rate Card (e.g., Domain Overview = 100 credits, Backlinks = 1 credit/link, Keyword Research = 1 credit/keyword with 100 credit floor, On-Page Audit = 30 credits, etc.).
- Zero-Result Auto Refund: If a live search query returns zero records due to API data unavailability, any reserved credits are immediately credited back to your balance.
- Tracked Projects Quota: Each account is subject to a hard ceiling of maximum 10 tracked projects/websites. Once 10 projects are tracked, an existing project must be deleted to track a new domain.
- Payment Gateways: We accept Indian Rupee payments via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking) and international USD payments via PayPal. We do not store sensitive payment card or banking details.
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts and non-redeemable for fiat currency.
7. Refunds
Our refund policy is described in detail on the Refund Policy page.
In short: refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not run any backlink checks since making that purchase.
Payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (including logos, design, code, text, and graphics) is owned by us or our licensors and is
protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
When you submit a URL or description, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display,
index, and distribute that content in connection with the Service. You retain ownership of your content.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Google (sign-in), Razorpay (payments),
Google Gemini (AI content optimization), and PayPal (future payments).
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms.
We are not responsible for their availability, actions, or policies.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee:
- Any specific SEO ranking, traffic, or business outcome from using our Service.
- Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
- The accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content suggestions.
- That third-party search engines (like Google) will index or rank the backlinks we publish.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees)
arising out of your use of the Service, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason
including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Unused backlink credits may or may not be refunded at our discretion (see Refund Policy).
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes
constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
